ya place the on a old steer tube ..but make sure there is some space between them and then spay paint them little by little

who did your job , i did many bike for psymo and i never heard that my weld broke , but anyway if it ever happen again let me know it will my pleasure to save one of your favorite ride , cheers

how can it not be worth fixing if its chromoly , i can weld this very easely , and make it twice as strong as before , lol
